Job summary

Inlet Construction seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. You will operate a range of heavy equipment on construction sites, perform regular inspections, and ensure safety compliance while supporting site preparation and cleanup.

The role requires proficiency with backhoes, bulldozers, loaders, excavators, and loaders, plus a valid CDL and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Willingness to learn new technologies is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or similar setting.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Proficiency in backhoe, commercial driving, bulldozer, excavator and loader operation.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and technologies.
