Your Day

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll operate equipment such as water trucks, backhoes, bulldozers, and excavators. You'll also maintain our heavy equipment fleet and perform tasks like trenching, land grading, and water distribution on construction sites. Experience with finish graders is a plus. Teamwork and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• 1-3 years of related experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation, safety, and maintenance.
• Ability to read construction plans.
• Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail, safety focus, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
• Experience with finish graders is highly desirable.

Work Schedule & Location

This is a full-time role, typically from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturday work may be required. Our headquarters are in Provo, Utah.
