Job summary

Knife River Corporation, a leading construction and materials company, seeks skilled equipment operators to join its Missoula team. You will operate heavy machinery across various sites, perform daily inspections, and prioritize safety while delivering projects on time.

Candidates should have 3+ years of equipment operation experience, knowledge of grades and elevations, and the ability to handle physical labor in diverse environments. CDL is a plus; pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment; 3+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of grades and elevations for construction work.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push and pull to complete tasks.

• Must be willing to do physical labor.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in equipment operation (3 years) and background in construction.
• Knowledge and understanding of grades and elevations.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push and pull.
• Driver’s license but a CDL is preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background.
