Pinnacle Site Solutions is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to support our commercial construction projects. The role emphasizes safe, efficient operation of excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders on active sites in Florida.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in commercial construction, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work well in a team under varying weather conditions. GPS or precision technology experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of heavy equipment operation in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of site operations and safety regulations.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience using GPS or similar technology for precision operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders.
• Perform site preparation tasks such as land clearing, grading, trenching, and excavation.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; carry out minor repairs.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe site.
• Collaborate with supervisors, project managers, and crew to meet goals and schedules.
• Maintain records related to equipment use, maintenance, and progress.
• Identify and resolve issues to minimize delays and ensure quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders.
• Perform site preparation tasks such as land clearing, grading, trenching, and excavation.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, maintenance checks, and minor repairs.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe job site.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and crew members to meet project goals and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records related to equipment use, maintenance, and project progress.
• Identify and proactively resolve issues to minimize delays and ensure quality results.
