Job summary

Didion Inc. in Cambria, WI is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for the night shift 6am–6pm to support grain operations with large machinery, rail yard duties, and on-time deliveries.

You will operate locomotives, yard trucks, and railcars, inspect equipment, and maintain strict safety and food-safety standards throughout daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training a bonus.
• Experience with locomotives or yard trucks preferred.
• Manufacturing or food-safe environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect heavy equipment including locomotives and yard trucks.
• Support truck and rail loadouts to meet delivery timelines.
• Perform conductor/grounds duties in the rail yard.
