Job summary

Didion Inc. is hiring a Bulk Load Out Operator in Kentucky to ensure safe, accurate loading of grain-based products. The role offers cross-training on multiple systems and equipment, with night shift hours and a shift premium.

You will contribute to safety, accuracy, and efficiency while pursuing career growth within Didion. The position includes a 6pm-6am schedule (4 days on/4 days off), $22-$25 per hour, plus a $3.00 per hour shift premium and an extra 40 hours of Paid Time Off for night

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food-related environment.
• Ability to operate and learn automated equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with using computers.

• Load grain-based products safely and accurately.
• Operate and learn automated equipment as needed.
• Work night shifts and in outdoor environments, at heights.
• Maintain safety and quality standards during loading operations.

Job Summary: Join our team as a Bulk Load Out Operator at Didion, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient loading of grain-based food products. This position offers cross-training on multiple systems and types of equipment, providing you with flexibility, skill development, and opportunities for career growth.

Available Schedules:

• 6pm-6am 4 days on/4 days off

Compensation: $22-$25 per hour

$3.00 per hour shift premium and an extra 40 hours of Paid Time Off for night shift!

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food-related environment.

Physical Environment:

• Ability to lift 55 lbs.
• Willingness to work in environments with noise, dust, heat, and cold.
• Capable of climbing stairs/ladders and working at heights exceeding 20'.
