Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. is seeking a Bulk Load Out Operator to ensure safe, accurate and efficient loading of grain-based foods. You will receive cross-training on multiple systems and equipment, offering flexibility, skill development and opportunities for career growth.

Shifts run 6:00 PM–6:00 AM on a 4 on/4 off schedule. Compensation starts at $22–$25 per hour plus a $3 per hour shift premium on the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food-related environment.
• Ability to operate and learn automated equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with using computers.
• Lift up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to work in noisy, dusty, hot and cold environments.
• Capable of climbing stairs and ladders and working at heights over 20 ft.
