EquipmentShare is hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) for our Mound House, NV facility. You will perform maintenance and repair on diverse heavy equipment and aerial lifts, using diagnostic tools to identify issues and uphold safety standards.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime after 40 hours and may be on-call with additional compensation. The role emphasizes teamwork, data-driven decision making, and continuous training on the latest fleet technology.

Formación

• Must own tools applicable to position.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an understanding of schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders in the system.
• Track machine service intervals and diagnose issues quickly.
• Order parts and maintain electronic documentation of work performed.
