Job summary

EquipmentShare is hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) at our Medford, OR facility. You will maintain and repair a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts, using real time data to diagnose issues and plan corrective actions.

Expect on-site work with occasional travel to customer sites and OSHA familiarity preferred. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime and on-call compensation.

Qualifications

• Must own tools applicable to position.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders using our tech platform.
• Track machine service intervals and order parts.
• Diagnose issues by pulling data from multiple makes/models.
• Travel to customer sites for repairs when required.
• Maintain service documentation and complete daily work orders.
