Qualifications

• 2+ years mechanical experience in heavy equipment, automotive or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Reliable and dependable – good attendance and ready for work at shift start.
• Willingness to learn and be a team player.
• Basic understanding of precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform teardown, inspection, troubleshooting and reassembly of heavy equipment components.
• Use precision instruments to check tolerances and dimensions.
• Record inspection results with photos and documentation.
• Move components using overhead cranes, forklifts, and hoists.
• Assemble components with pneumatic/hydraulic/electric tooling and torque wrenches.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
