Job summary

SA Recycling in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair heavy mobile equipment including forklifts, bobcats, loaders, and material handlers, with emphasis on electrical, hydraulic and mechanical diagnostics.

You will perform routine maintenance, order parts, keep service records, and work outdoors in varying weather, following safety standards and environmental practices. Bi-lingual a plus and weekly pay benefits included.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in mobile equipment mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service and repair fuel, electrical, mechanical, brake and hydraulic systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and replace worn parts per SA Recycling guidelines.
• Maintain service records and order spare parts; schedule maintenance.
