Qualifications

• Experience with diesel engine repair and brake repair.
• Knowledge of air brake systems and suspension components.
• Able to work on industrial equipment and heavy vehicles.
• Proficient in assembling and disassembling mechanical components.
• Clean MVR; 5+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles and machinery.

• Perform service, maintenance, repair, and overhaul per manufacturers' recommendations.

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles and machinery.

Duties

• Ensure that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
• Diagnose and perform equipment repairs in response to maintenance requests, in shop or in field locations.
• Perform service, maintenance , repair, and overhaul in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.
• Ability to analysis and diagnose issues with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electrical systems and electronic systems.
• Perform welding and brazing, fabricate, and modify parts, equipment, and , miscellaneous structures and attachments.
• Conduct and record keep inspections to ensure vehicles meet Department of Transportation safety standards.
