Job summary

4Rivers Equipment seeks a Lube/Field Service Technician to inspect, service, and maintain heavy equipment in the Hobbs, NM area. You will order parts, keep the Lube truck stocked, and prepare service reports, ensuring work complies with company SPGs and safety standards.

The role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent), basic tools, and strong communication skills. CDL with Hazmat is preferred; relocation is not indicated.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Must have basic tools to perform service and minor repairs.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and service heavy equipment.
• Order parts and stock the Lube truck with oils and filters.
• Prepare inspection and service reports and records.
• Complete oil and filter services per SPG and estimates.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Work safely and comply with site policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
