Job summary

Frank's Supply Company is seeking a qualified LUBE TECHNICIAN for our Hobbs, NM location. This role maintains rental equipment at the job site to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, oil/filter changes, greasing, tire service, and safety inspections, plus creating work orders with time and cost estimates. Candidates should have 1-2 years' maintenance experience with gas/diesel equipment, own tools, and a valid license.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in preventive maintenance of light and medium construction equipment.
• Experience with gas and diesel machinery.
• Rental experience preferred.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver's license with clean MVR and current medical card.

OBJECTIVE

This position maintains rental equipment at the job site to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unnecessary repairs and down time
• Changing engine oil, all necessary filters, and greasing of the unit
• Changing or repairing tires on light duty equipment and trailers
• Aiding in helping field mechanics with jobs in the field when necessary
• Perform safety inspections on equipment
• Create work order and assess time and cost of repairs
• Maintains a safe work environment
• Adhere to all governmental, company and equipment related safety requirements

Qualified candidates will have

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in preventive maintenance of light and medium construction equipment
• Experience with gas and diesel machinery
• Rental experience preferred
• Good reading and comprehension skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skill
• The ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have your own tools
• Have a valid driver's license with clean MVR & current medical card
