Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, oil/filter changes, tire work, field support, safety inspections, and cost/time assessments. Candidates should have 1–2 years on similar gear, own tools, a valid license with clean MVR, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in preventive maintenance of light/medium construction equipment.
• Experience with gas and diesel machinery.
• Rental experience preferred.
• Good reading and comprehension skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Must have your own tools and a valid driver's license with clean MVR and medical card.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on rental equipment to minimize downtime.
• Change engine oil, replace filters, and grease units.
• Change or repair tires on light duty equipment and trailers.
• Assist field mechanics with jobs in the field when necessary.
• Perform safety inspections on equipment.
• Create work orders and assess time and cost of repairs.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety requirements.

Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier of construction tools and equipment with our focus on both sales and rental. We are currently seeking a qualified LUBE TECHNICIAN for our Hobbs, NM location.

OBJECTIVE

This position maintains rental equipment at the job site to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unnecessary repairs and down time
• Changing engine oil, all necessary filters, and greasing of the unit
• Changing or repairing tires on light duty equipment and trailers
• Aiding in helping field mechanics with jobs in the field when necessary
• Perform safety inspections on equipment
• Create work order and assess time and cost of repairs
• Maintains a safe work environment
• Adhere to all governmental, company and equipment related safety requirements

Qualified candidates will have

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in preventive maintenance of light and medium construction equipment
• Experience with gas and diesel machinery
• Rental experience preferred
• Good reading and comprehension skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skill
• The ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have your own tools
• Have a valid driver's license with clean MVR & current medical card
