Job summary

Blattner is seeking a skilled equipment technician in El Reno, OK. The role involves repairing a variety of equipment and tools, operating machinery to diagnose issues, and inspecting for defects.

You will assist supervisors and team members with mechanic tasks while upholding strict safety standards. The position requires a 2-year degree or equivalent experience and 1–3 years in maintenance and light welding.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and fabrication knowledge usually obtained through a 2 yr. post-secondary degree or equivalent combinations of training and/or related experience.
• One to three years of knowledge of maintenance procedures and tooling obtained through previous work experience in mechanic and light welding.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs on all types of equipment and work tools.
• Operates equipment to diagnose problems and inspect equipment for defects.
• Assists supervisors and coworkers with mechanic and related tasks as necessary.

Able to complete tasks with minimal direction.

WHAT YOULL NEED

$22.64 - $31.14 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant’s applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
