Job summary

Blattner Energy is seeking an experienced construction leader to drive safety, quality, and performance on complex projects. You will develop and manage owner contracts and subcontracts, oversee cost and schedule control, and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors.

Expect frequent communication with the owner and substantial travel to job sites. Candidates should have a track record of self-perform project management on large-scale builds, strong client relations, and the ability to

• Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M.
• Exceptional customer and client relations.
• Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control and monitoring.
• Contract and subcontract development and management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Leading safety and quality initiatives at a site level
• Developing, reviewing, and managing owner contracts and subcontracts
• Managing costs and scheduling labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M

• Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring
• Contract and subcontract development and management experience
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)

• A proven record of safety program management and implementation
• Knowledge of Standard Word Instructions (SWIs), and controlling/implementing sitewide quality programs effectiveness

$152,527.00 - $221,165.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
