Job summary

Roland Machinery Co. seeks a Field Technician to service construction, municipal and highway equipment in the Wisconsin area. You will troubleshoot, repair, and recondition engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, while maintaining client relationships and presenting a professional company image.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of heavy equipment experience; CDL is a plus. A full benefits package and tools are provided to support the work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years' full-time heavy equipment experience.
• Must possess a clean driving record.
• CDL preferred; not required.
• Possess a respectable set of hand tools to perform responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with clients by providing service, support, information, and guidance.
• Troubleshoots, repairs and reconditions construction and heavy equipment components.
• Performs large diesel engine, hydraulic, electrical systems repair and servicing.
• Represents the company image in appearance and conduct while operating a company vehicle.
• Stays current on industry trends and participates in factory trainings.
