Job summary

Roland Machinery Co is seeking a regular full-time field technician in Slinger, WI to service and repair heavy equipment at customer sites and at our shop. You will troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, and maintain customer relationships by delivering dependable support and guidance.

The role requires a hands-on approach, clean driving record, and ability to work with tool sets and industry standards. CDL is a plus, and company benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of two years' full-time heavy equipment experience.
• Must possess a clean driving record.
• CDL preferred; not required.
• Possess a respectable set of hand tools to perform responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with clients by providing service, support, information, and guidance.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competition.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Troubleshoots, repairs and reconditions construction equipment and related components.
• Represents the company with a favorable image in appearance, conduct, and while operating a company vehicle.
