Job summary

Opifex-Synergy is seeking a dedicated technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of equipment and systems. You will diagnose and repair issues, maintain records, and support users in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and strong organizational and communication skills. Travel to job sites and safety adherence are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Customer service orientation is important for interacting with clients.
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software issues and provide effective solutions.
• Install and configure new systems, equipment, or devices as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service logs and inventory management.
• Assist in setup, calibration, and testing of equipment or systems.
• Provide technical support to staff or customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Repair faulty components, wiring, and parts of machinery or devices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and store tools properly.
