Responsibilities

• Lead all new machine deliveries and setup.
• Assist in day-to-day customer problem solving and technical questions.
• Travel to customer or dealer locations to train and/or repair equipment (including overnight stays).
• Provide on-site demonstrations and technical support.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer and dealer relationships.
