Job Summary

Torrent Resources, a CRH company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment / Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of duties in a shop and field environment, maintaining a fleet of heavy construction equipment, class 7 and 8 trucks, and specialty equipment. This is a union role.

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform heavy equipment inspections and repairs
2. Diagnose and repair breakdowns
3. Complete preventive maintenance
4. Weld and fabricate on equipment and tooling
5. Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

1. Valid driver's license
2. CDL A preferred
3. Own tools required
4. Welding/fabrication experience
5. ASE certification preferred
6. Construction equipment experience preferred
7. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
