Job Summary

Torrent Resources, a CRH company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment / Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of duties in both shop and field environments. This role involves maintaining a fleet of heavy construction equipment, class 7 and 8 trucks, and specialty equipment. This is a union position.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and repairs on heavy equipment
• Diagnose and repair breakdowns
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks
• Weld and fabricate on equipment and tooling
• Perform other duties as assigned, temporary or permanent

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• CDL A license preferred
• Own tools required
• ASE certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
