Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $40.00/hr

This Heavy Equipment Diesel mechanic/technician role performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime. Our fleet varies by location but primarily includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, and equipment. Our specialty lines locations may have a fleet of large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas-related equipment.

Job Details

  • High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired.
  • 3-5 years of mechanical experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty lines equipment is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (21 years of age).

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities You May Rely On

  • May need to provide mechanic’s tools for trade.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
  • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs.
  • The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour (Depending on Experience).
