Job summary

Interstate Towing, part of NETC Fleet Services, is hiring full-time and part-time Heavy-Duty Wrecker & Recovery Operators in Massachusetts. You’ll respond to calls, operate heavy wreckers, and recover vehicles from accidents and breakdowns.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and proven experience operating heavy-duty wreckers.
• Real recovery skill — winching, rigging, rollovers, and scene judgment.
• Comfortable with electronic equipment and dispatch/telematics software.
• Clean driving record with no recent violations.
• Ability to adapt to traffic, weather, and shifting call demands.

Responsibilities

• Take calls from dispatch and get to the scene fast and safe.
• Run heavy-duty wreckers and recover tractors, trailers, and commercial vehicles from accidents and breakdowns.
• Transport vehicles to the customer’s destination or impound yard.
• Inspect truck, perform preventative maintenance, and report defects or violations.
• Keep paperwork clean and recovery documentation tight.
• Operate safely and by the book — comply with size/weight/hours-of-service rules.
• Represent Interstate professionally on every call and make it right for the customer.
