Interstate Towing / NETC Fleet Services in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Heavy-Duty Wrecker & Recovery Operator. You will respond to calls, operate rotators and recovery equipment, and securely recover tractors, trailers, and heavy vehicles from complex scenes.

The role requires CDL Class A, proven heavy recovery experience, and strong rigging skills. Excellent judgment and on-site professionalism are essential for safe, efficient recoveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Proven experience operating heavy-duty wreckers and rotators.
• Real-world heavy recovery experience required.
• Strong winching and rigging skills.
• Experience handling rollovers and complex recovery scenes.
• Good judgment and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatch and arrive prepared to work.
• Operate heavy-duty wreckers, rotators, and recovery equipment.
• Recover tractors, trailers, commercial vehicles, and equipment from accidents and rollovers.
• Perform winching, rigging, lifting, uprighting, and recovery operations.
• Assess scenes and determine safest recovery approach.
• Transport recovered vehicles to destinations, repair facilities, or impound yards.
• Complete thorough inspections and document recovery activities.
• Maintain paperwork and ensure safety requirements are met.
