NETC Fleet Services in Exeter, NH is seeking an experienced Heavy-Duty Tow & Recovery Driver. You will operate heavy-duty wreckers, rollbacks, and recovery vehicles, coordinating with Dispatch to move equipment safely and efficiently.

This full-time role offers hourly pay of $33–$37, plus competitive commission and up to $135,000 per year in total earnings. A CDL-A with current DOT Medical Card and clean driving record are required, with weekend and on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A and no automatic transmission restriction.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Ability to operate heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Weekend availability and on-call/holiday flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional heavy-duty towing, recovery, transport, and roadside assistance.
• Complete scheduled towing, transport, pickup, and delivery assignments.
• Safely operate heavy-duty wreckers, rollbacks, and recovery vehicles.
• Work with Dispatch to coordinate calls, routes, timing, and equipment.
• Respond to customer concerns with a calm, professional, solutions-first approach.
• Perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain driver logs, trip sheets, and weekly documentation.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
