Interstate Towing / NETC Fleet Services in Massachusetts is seeking skilled Heavy-Duty Wrecker & Recovery Operators to join our team. You’ll respond to large, complex recoveries, rig and operate rotators, and deliver safe, professional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating heavy-duty wreckers.
• Real-world heavy recovery experience required.
• Strong winching and rigging skills.
• Experience handling rollovers and complex recoveries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatch and arrive prepared to work.
• Operate heavy-duty wreckers, rotators, and recovery equipment.
• Recover tractors, trailers, commercial vehicles, and heavy equipment from accidents and rollovers.
• Perform winching, rigging, lifting, uprighting, and recovery operations.
• Evaluate scene and determine safe recovery approach.
• Transport recovered vehicles to destinations or impound yards.
• Inspect truck and equipment before and after use.
• Maintain documentation and safety compliance.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, law enforcement, and crews on scene.
