Qualifications

• CDK software familiarity is a plus.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills at the parts counter.
• Willingness to learn dealership computer system.

Responsibilities

• Identify replacement truck parts using catalogs and systems.
• Assess customer needs and recommend replacements.
• Process telephone orders for truck parts.
• Fulfill orders from warehouse stock and prepare sales slips/contracts.
• Handle payments and credit authorizations as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels.
