WM is seeking a driver to safely operate a heavy-duty truck on designated routes from a Pennsylvania location. This role starts at $20.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and 4am start time.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, report issues, and work with Route Managers to improve efficiencies while meeting DOT and OSHA requirements. Training and benefits are provided by WM.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public and complete records.
• Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical.
• Current state-issued standard Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Safely operates a heavy-duty truck on designated routes in compliance with OSHA, DOT and company policies.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and notes issues on DVIR forms.
• Reports unsafe situations or service calls to Route Manager or Dispatch promptly.
• Cooperates in training sessions and strives to improve route efficiencies.
• Communicates customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager and maintains tidily at customer sites.
