Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Stewarding team member responsible for trash removal in kitchen areas and performing heavy cleaning tasks. The role includes cleaning high areas in kitchens and outdoor stewarding functions, with general support for fellow staff to keep food prep areas up to standard.

The position requires the ability to lift 30–35 pounds, push up to 350 pounds, and comply with safety rules. A Virginia Lottery Non-Gaming License may be required, with an hourly rate of $18.25.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Back of house restaurant experience preferred.
• Must have neat and clean appearance.
• Must be able to obtain a Virginia Lottery Non-Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for trash removal from kitchen areas and heavy cleaning functions.
• Clean all high areas in the kitchens and outdoor stewarding functions.
• Provide general assistance to other stewarding employees as needed to maintain standards.
• Follow safety precautions and dispose of trash properly.
• Maintain kitchen areas in accordance with health department and hotel standards.
• Power wash equipment outdoors and clean loading/receiving dock daily.
