Job summary

Inland Truck Parts & Service is seeking a Service Writer / Back Parts Counter at our Tulsa, OK location. You will serve as the link between customers, technicians, and the parts department, coordinating repairs from intake to completion.

The role requires experience with heavy-duty truck parts or repair, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy-duty truck parts, service, or repair.
• Solid understanding of automotive or heavy-duty truck parts.
• Strong customer service and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding repair needs, estimates, status updates, and completed work.
• Coordinate and schedule work within the service department.
• Work closely with technicians to keep repair jobs moving efficiently.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and final invoices.
• Identify, order, pull, and stage parts needed for service work.
• Help ensure technicians have the right parts when they need them.
• Maintain organized and accurate repair and parts information.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
