Responsibilities

Parts specialist will be responsible for crossing parts, finding & ordering parts for customers; ensuring that customers have a good experience from the beginning to the end of each transaction. This position demands a schedule or normal business hours, but will require additional hours at times and some Saturdays as well. Parts Specialist will not be limited on work duties and will need to be flexible. Specialist will assist with receiving, stocking, warehouse & store upkeep, visiting customers, seeking new customers, delivering parts when needed etc.

Qualifications

Heavy Duty Part knowledge, Computer knowledge, customer service, ability to handle phone calls, basic warehouse knowledge will all be required for this position.
