Job summary

FleetPride, the largest after-market distributor of heavy‑duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S., seeks a customer‑focused sales associate. You will help customers by phone or in person, identify parts, and suggest related items to complete full service.

Responsibilities include locating parts, setting prices, processing returns, and keeping display areas and catalogs current. Prior experience in heavy‑duty parts sales is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help determine and obtain heavy duty parts for customers by phone or in person.
• Suggest sale of related parts for full service.
• Locate and obtain ordered part from central warehouse or branch.
• Determine sales price for customers per company procedures.
• Handle warranty or defective parts per procedures.
• Process credits for returns.
• Provide customers with current product catalogs.
• Maintain orderly counter area and display spaces.
