Job summary

FleetPride is the largest aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. We seek a customer-focused Sales Associate in Texas to assist customers by phone or in person, identifying needs and pricing parts accurately to drive profitability.

Responsibilities include locating parts from warehouses or branches, suggesting related products, handling warranties, processing credits, and keeping displays tidy to encourage sales. Prior sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Windows XP knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong listening, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Help determine and obtain heavy duty parts for customers by phone or in person.
• Suggest sale of related parts for full service.
• Locate and obtain ordered parts from central warehouse or branch.
• Determine sales price for customers per company procedure.
• Handle warranty or defective parts per procedure.
• Process approved credits for customer returns.
• Maintain neat counter area and display to encourage sales.
