Job summary

FleetPride is the largest after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. The company is seeking a sales-focused team member to help customers by phone or in person, locating parts and providing expert product knowledge.

In this role you will determine pricing, process warranty or credits, and ensure a clean, organized counter area that supports strong sales and customer satisfaction. High school diploma and 2 years' sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience, heavy-duty parts preferred.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Windows XP and MS Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help determine and obtain heavy-duty parts for customers by phone or in person.
• Suggest related parts for full-service sales; locate ordered parts from warehouse or branch.
• Determine sale price per company procedures; process warranty or credits as needed.
• Handle special orders on emergencies and maintain catalog/price sheets.
• Answer questions about products, prices, and availability; provide current catalogs.
• Keep counter area clean and display areas to encourage sales.
