Qualifications

• Basic Windows XP experience, plus Excel/Word/Outlook familiarity.
• Strong listening and communication skills for customer interactions.

Responsabilités

• Help determine and obtain heavy-duty parts for customers by phone or in person; suggest related parts for full service.
• Locate and obtain ordered parts from central warehouse or branch.
• Determine sales price for customers according to company procedures.
• Handle warranty or defective parts according to procedures.
• Process approved credits for returned merchandise.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing lists and structures.
