Job summary

Responsibilities

• Help determine and obtain heavy-duty parts for customers by phone or in person.
• Locate and obtain ordered parts from central warehouse or branch.
• Determine sales prices for customers per company procedures.
• Handle warranty or defective parts per procedures.
• Process approved credits for returns.
• Suggest related parts to provide full-service solutions.
• Maintain organized counter area and present display areas to encourage sales.
