FleetPride is seeking a Counter Parts Sales Rep in Auburn, WA. You will provide service to customers by phone or in person, selling heavy-duty parts to meet identified needs and ensure profitability.

The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in heavy-duty automotive parts, and the ability to locate parts from warehouse or branch, determine pricing, and handle returns per company policy.

• Proficient with Windows XP and basic Office apps.

• Assist customers by phone or in person to identify and sell heavy-duty parts.
• Locate and obtain ordered parts from warehouse or branch.
• Determine sales price per company procedures.
• Handle warranty or defective parts per procedure.
• Process credits for returns and maintain pricing confidentiality.
• Maintain clean, organized counter area and display to encourage sales.
• Answer questions about products, prices, availability and features.
• Provide customers with current product catalogs.
• Study catalogs and price sheets during non-selling time.
