Cascade Environmental, LLC, and our Pacific Northwest Cascades drilling and remediation office, seek a skilled mechanic to maintain and repair heavy‑duty trucks, trailers, drilling rigs, and support equipment. You will troubleshoot, inspect, and perform DOT‑compliant servicing across a range of equipment in a fast-paced team setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of heavy equipment experience, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and the ability to lift 50 lbs, work overtime, and use

Formación

• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• At least 3 years of mechanical experience with heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand long periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
• Proficient with hydraulics, diesel engines, welding and fabrication.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Power/hand tools competency and basic computer skills.
• Background check, MVR review, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Review repair requests and discuss options with Shop Manager.
• Inspect trucks, trailers, drilling rigs and related equipment.
• Perform DOT inspections on commercial and non-commercial vehicles.
• Inspect, diagnose, and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues found during inspections.
• Maintain communication with Shop Manager, Driller or Operator.
• Document preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Record repairs, causes, actions, and downtime.
• Oversee materials, parts, and supplies requisition.
• Follow safety policies and ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Complete other duties as required.
