Aerotek is seeking an assembler to build and assemble heavy-duty electric trucks at our Kansas City, KS site. You will follow detailed work instructions, use engineering drawings, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will lift up to 75 lbs, collaborate with teammates, and complete training on the 1st shift. This contract role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• Automotive/electrical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, team player.
• Leadership qualities and strong work ethic.
• Must complete training on 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and tear down heavy-duty electric trucks following work instructions.
• Use engineering drawings to complete tasks.
• Inspect work and correct defects.
• Follow quality and safety procedures.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
