Job summary

Qualifications

• Mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines including routine preventative maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires).
• Two years or more of combined classroom training and work experience in required areas.
• Valid CDL Class A preferred and ability to obtain CDL within 6 months after hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties.
• Performs standard vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Replaces defective components as needed.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine nature of the complaint and scope of work.
