TravelCenters of America is seeking a Diesel Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering reliable service and getting travelers back on the road.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and meeting service standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing wear, recommending solutions with the team, performing repairs within capability, and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose wear conditions and, with TSA or Manager, make recommendations to customers.
• Complete repairs within capabilities and as written.
• Understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.
• Follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations.
