Position Overview

We are seeking Service Technicians and Certified Diesel Mechanics of all experience levels to join our growing team. As a Diesel Technician, you will be vital in our Service department, ensuring our customers stay on the road with quality repairs and maintenance.

This position is scheduled Tuesday-Friday, 1pm-11pm.

We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality work following OEM, warranty, and dealership standards.
  • Read repair orders, diagnose vehicle issues, plan and perform repairs accordingly.
  • Handle repairs across various truck systems, including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, HVAC, electronics, and more.
  • Document diagnostics, repairs, and work progress thoroughly for customer communication and warranty processing.
  • Coordinate with Parts, Shop Foreman, and Service Administration for parts verification and status updates.
  • Ensure repairs meet quality standards through checks and road tests.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License meeting insurance requirements.
  • Class B CDL with air brake endorsement; Class A CDL preferred.
  • Certificate from a diesel tech training school or at least 4 years of medium- or heavy-duty truck experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and dedication to quality work.
  • Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
  • Own tools required; specialty tooling provided by TCI.
  • Must pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
