Key Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety compliance by following all safe work practices, policies, and procedures
• Move company equipment safely within the yard
• Assist drivers with vehicle issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on vehicles and equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, and lubrication
• Complete daily checklists as required
• Ensure equipment is properly parked and secured according to regulations
• Maintain the facility through housekeeping duties
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a team environment
• At least 1 year of experience working on heavy-duty trucks and equipment
• Own basic tools
• Mechanical certifications preferred but not required
• Ability to pass background, drug, and physical tests
