The Opportunity

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our customers in the Northeast U.S. This remote, field-based role involves providing technical support, warranty coordination, post-delivery inspections, and building relationships with fleet operators and service partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote support for post-delivery inspections, service issues, and technical concerns
  • Coordinate warranty claims and field campaigns with internal departments
  • Log and manage customer cases in Salesforce, maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with service bulletin implementation and technical training
  • Represent Temsa professionally during customer visits, events, and delivery walkarounds
  • Travel throughout the Northeast region to customer sites as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the motorcoach, transit bus, or heavy-duty vehicle industry
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, pneumatic components, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Cummins engines, Allison transmissions, and diagnostic tools
  • Knowledge of J1939 communication protocols is a plus
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management and organization
  • Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement, or ability to obtain one
