Job summary
Dorman is seeking a Sr. Manager, Commercial Operations to lead the operational infrastructure supporting the Heavy Duty business segment. The role drives process efficiency, analytics automation, business intelligence, customer service excellence, and continuous improvement across the commercial organization.
The Sr. Manager partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to enhance decision-making through automation and data insights while ensuring
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and data visualization.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems and BI tooling.
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial operations function for the Heavy Duty segment, aligning with strategic and financial goals.
- Develop processes to improve efficiency, consistency and scalability across the commercial org.
- Oversee analytics and automation of reporting, dashboards and performance insights.
- Manage CRM and systems, drive adoption and data governance across teams.
- Lead Customer Service, set service standards and drive satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and others to improve decision making with data.
