Qualifications

• 3.0 GPA or higher, pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, automotive technology, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Create internal/external PPTs for customers and follow up after close
• Assist in building quarterly Gap/Product recommendations at SKU level with BI guidance
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders on projects to improve sales effectiveness and territory performance
• Create account targeting and prospecting lists for Inside Sales
• Support sales by introducing new products and providing initial stocking suggestions
• Organize and analyze performance metrics with BI for quarterly KPI reports
• Lead weekly internal ASM meetings and prepare material
• Analyze customer, product, and sales data to identify revenue growth opportunities
• Develop dashboards and reports for Sales Leadership and Inside Sales team
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and new customer opportunities
• Track sales trends, product performance, and buying patterns
• Assist with opportunity pipeline analysis and sales performance reporting
• Participate in customer meetings and sales calls across channels
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

GPA 3.0 or higher

Pursuing bachelor's degree in business or automotive technology or related field
