Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Sr. Manager, Commercial Operations to lead analytics, automation, and CRM systems for the Heavy Duty segment.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver data-driven insights and improve service delivery while guiding the Customer Service team. The role requires 7+ years in commercial operations and 3+ years in leadership, with expertise in Power BI, Salesforce/SAP, and BI tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business, analytics, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in commercial operations, sales ops, customer service, analytics, or related functions.
• 3+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/aftermarket/Heavy Duty industries preferred.
• Proven success leading process improvement and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and automation for reporting and dashboards.
• Oversee CRM and commercial systems management and adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve performance.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and operational metrics to support business goals.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma process improvements and standardize workflows.
