Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Sparks, NV is seeking a Heavy Duty Cleaner for the graveyard shift to maintain sanitation in all food department back-of-house areas and equipment. You will clean kitchen equipment, drains, walls, and counters while supporting overall cleanliness standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and some computer knowledge is beneficial. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and breaking down kitchen equipment (stoves, hoods, floors).

Job Details: Job Location: 100 LEGENDS BAY DRIVE - SPARKS, NV 89434, Position Type: Full Time, Job Shift: Graveyard, Job Category: Cleaning, The Heavy Duty Cleaner is responsible for cleaning of all food department back of the house areas and equipment to meet levels of sanitation in accordance with the health department.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and breaking down kitchen equipment (stoves, hoods, floors).
• Emptying the trash in all the kitchens replace ice from the salad bars.
• Clean drains, walls, and counters.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Education and Experience

• High School Diploma and/or GED preferred
• Previous experience working in a kitchen or as a dishwasher is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Some computer knowledge is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
